Kenya is headed for tough times

I am not a prophet or anything close to that. However, in view of the recent developments in Kenya, I will make some prophecy.

Let us look at the developments:
Kenyans were proud of their electoral system and had vowed to eject Kibaki and his corrupt and tribalistic administration from statehouse. However, the Kibaki (illegitimate president) working closely with other dreaded members of Mt Kenya mafia group - Martha Karua, John Michuki, George Saitoti, Kiraitu Murungi and others decided to rig themselves in and declared a marshal law. They gave police shoot to kill orders and many people - including pregnant women and children were killed in cold blood just because they come from tribes that voted overwhelmingly for ODM and Raila Odinga. This has effectively turned Kenya into a police state, a civilian dictatorship that has seen all the democratic rights and freedoms gained by Kenyans over the last 40 years destroyed overnight. Kenyans have no other way of expressing themselves or seeking justice as the judiciary, the police and military are all controlled by Kibaki cronies. All peaceful demonstrations have been crushed by excessive force.

About 70% of the country view Kibaki's presidency as illegitimate and will never accept him as a legitimate president under the current setting. If anything, many Kenyans are of the view that Kibaki, Michuki, Karua and police officers should be tried for crimes against humanity including genocide, rape and wanton destruction of property.
Kibaki and his cohorts are now celebrating that they have finally quenched the demonstrations called by ODM.

I foresee that their celebration will be short lived. That a major revolution is brewing and will only take a more subtle and lethal form. They are driving the resistance underground. No govt has ever stood against the wishes of the people with such arrogance and served. What we are seeing now is similar to the situation in France before the French revolution, the situation in South Africa during the apartheid regimes, the scenario in Romania before the fall of communism. The examples are numerous and can only point to one thing. A popular insurrection/revolution aimed at restoring democracy, freedom and the rule of law in Kenya. An uprising to rid Kenya of cold-blooded killers, genocide culprits, tribalists and corrupt elements that have only helped to ensure the countries progress is stagnated. It will be a revolt against new colonialism by Mt Kenya masters.

My prediction is that justice will always win and in this case, justice is with the people.
I look forward to a new Kenya that I will be proud of being associated with it.
Peace
