Kibaki has now named a cabinet. This dashes any hopes that Kenyans had of reconcilliation. This shows that Kibaki is only interested in solidifying his hold on power. The ODM group has a right to pull out of any negotiations. Kibaki says he wants peace and reconcilliation but his actions betray his words.
His time is up and he has no other option but to vacate statehouse and give room for the truly elected govt of Raila and ODM.
